During this time, I have been serving delicious Thai and Western dishes at my restaurant ‘Idjang’s Kitchen’. Wir durften uns vor Ort 3 Gerichte aussuchen und haben diese dann gemeinsam gekocht. Idjang hat immer alle mit eingebunden. Mittendrin kam ihr die Idee noch einen Salat und ne kleine Suppe zu machen. Der Kochkurs war mega. Wir durften uns vor Ort 3 Gerichte aussuchen und haben diese dann gemeinsam gekocht. Idjang hat immer alle mit eingebunden. Mittendrin kam ihr die Idee noch einen Salat und ne kleine Suppe zu machen. Das Essen, oder das was übrig geblieben ist, konnte man alles mitnehmen. Hat sich echt gelohnt.

Thanks to Idjang, I was able to learn how to cook red duck curry, crispy chicken with kale (normally done with crispy pork, which I don’t eat) and Thai eggplant with lunch chicken and holy basil! Best not to eat a full meal a few hours before unless you plan on taking some dishes out. It was great we cooked authentic Thai food normally not found in most menus on request. So please don’t do the usual pad Thai or spring rolls. Go hard or go home! read less

Best cooking class I’ve ever done! Thanks to Idjang, I was able to learn how to cook red duck curry, crispy chicken with kale (normally done with crispy pork, which I don’t eat) and Thai eggplant with lunch chicken and holy basil! Best not to eat a full meal a few hours before unless you plan on taking some dishes out. It was great we cooked authentic Thai food normally not found in most menus on request. So please don’t do the usual pad Thai or spring rolls. Go hard or go home!

The Khao Soi is seriously the best I have ever had by far, I had it twice 🙂
The last night on Koh Tao, I was tempted to get the Khao Soi again, but got a tofu pad Thai instead.
It was also the best I had my entire time in Thailand, even better than Thipsamai.
Hopefully I’ll have time for a cooking class if I am ever back on Koh Tao. Thanks Idjang! read less

We got to choose 3 meals to cook between us, then enjoy the food in the restaurant afterwards, we had so much food we had to take away a few boxes after which was provided by Idjang aswell, amazing experience, great value for money, would highly recommend 🙂

They helped me accommodate vegan options without issue.
The Khao Soi is seriously the best I have ever had by far, I had it twice 🙂
The last night on Koh Tao, I was tempted to get the Khao Soi again, but got a tofu pad Thai instead.
It was also the best I had my entire time in Thailand, even better than Thipsamai.
Hopefully I’ll have time for a cooking class if I am ever back on Koh Tao. Thanks Idjang! read less

Amazing cooking school. Loved it! We did the cooking school with our friends, it was amazing, Idjang was lovely and led the class really well. We got to choose 3 meals to cook between us, then enjoy the food in the restaurant afterwards, we had so much food we had to take away a few boxes after which was provided by Idjang aswell, amazing experience, great value for money, would highly recommend 🙂
